  Without a doubt one of most enjoyable events at the Salem Speedway every year. Vintage race cars were on hand for display and a few laps around the historic raceway. What started out as another day in the oven that has been the Summer of 2010 with weather predicted to reach 100 degrees, the program began with a thunder shower and lightening show that left a near perfect night for racing.

 Troy DeCaire took home the hardware after The Must See Racing Winged Sprints lit the track up with spectacular moves and tight racing. The USAC Sprints took to the High Banks for the 51st annual Joe James/Pat O'Connor Memorial event with Shane Hmiel outclassing the field for the victory.
